This is a developing story.

From JPost:

An explosion was reported close to the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem on Wednesday morning.

Magen David Adom is currently treating seven people for injuries, including two people who are in serious-critical condition.

The cause of the explosion is still unknown and Israel Police are investigating multiple possible explanations including the possibility of a terror attack.

Some witnesses have claimed that they noticed a bag leaning against a wall shortly before the explosion although these claims have not been verified.

However, according to N12, the explosion was caused by a device set up on a motorcycle next to the bus stop.

Five of the injured people were evacuated to Shaare Tzedek Medical Center, two in critical condition, two in serious condition, and one moderately injured.

Shortly after the initial explosion, a second explosion was reported nearby on a bus at the Ramot Junction in Jerusalem, although no injuries were reported.
