World Jewish Travel (WJT) is seeking a Content Editor for travel e-books. This is a freelance position with occasional meetings in Herzliya / Tel Aviv.

Job Description:
All background materials (ie. general information, background stories, relevant additional links) will be sent to the editor by WJT.
The editor is required to re-write the given content in a professional and tourist-oriented manner.
Text per item will be filled and managed in a fixed given table (provided by WJT)
Payments will be at an hourly rate

Manager of Accounting

A hi-tech company in Ra’anana is looking for Manager of Accounting with a US background for a US affiliate.

Management of all relevant accounting tasks of US companies and affiliates.
General ledger, APs and ARs
Intercompany reconciliations of the various affiliates.
Review, recording and mgmt. of journal entries, invoices and payment schedule
Bank reconciliations for local US vendors
Detailed financial analysis of Cost of Goods, inventories, supplier payables etc.
Generating financial reports to management and third parties.
Generating P&L statements, Balance Sheets, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Budget monitoring, supervising, management and recording on an ongoing basis.
Cash management, collections, payments and detailed routine reporting for sr. management
Responsible for biweekly payroll, expense reports for the US staff
Oversee human resources for the US staff including benefits, contracts and tax reporting
Interact with professionals for the company including banking and insurance
Interact with external accountant review insurance renewals on an annual basis.
Oversee preparation for external accountant annual review and tax preparation.
Assure tax compliance for the Company
Support accounting work of affiliates

Requirements:
• 7 years’ hands-on experience in an in-house managerial accounting position in USA.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and auditing principles incl. GAAP
• Comprehensive knowledge of APs, ARs, payroll, general ledger postings and invoicing,
• Good familiarity with financial reporting, regulations, payroll and taxes in the US.
• Very high level of proficiency with Excel. Ability to generate large and complex spreadsheets
• Experience with ERP (PRIORITY) – Advantage !
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Reasonable Hebrew skills
