Traffic / Parking Disruption Details this Friday in Ivrit and English: ‘Sovev Yerushalayim’

This coming Friday is the, ‘Sovev Yerushalayim’ so be prepared for traffic disruption.

‘The Yes Planet Sovev Jerusalem cycling event will take place on Friday, 12 of Iyar 5776, 20/05/2016, and the following roads and routes will be closed intermittently.

Between: 6:00 – 7:45: Derech Hebron from the intersection with Miriam HaHashmonait Street to the north (the Old City, Tsahal Tunnel, Road 1, The Giv’a HaTsarfatit Intersection)
Between 06:00 – 07:30: The Tsahal Tunnel will be closed in both directions
Between 06:00 – 08:00: David Remez Street and King David Street will be closed in both directions
Between 07:00 – 11:00: possible delays at Oranim Intersection and Bet Lehem Intersection

The First Station parking lot – entrance from Derech Hebron, it will also be possible to enter from Derech Bet Lehem
Liberty Bell Park parking lot (free of charge event participants) in the arranged area and the nearby gravel area – entrance from Derech Bet Lehem (on the right for those coming from the city center)
HaMagid parking lot (free of charge for event participants) – from HaMagid Street – in the German Colony
The Russian Compound Parking lot (paid parking) – near the magistrate court (paid parking)
Safra parking lot (paid parking) – in city hall plaza, entrance from Shivtey Israel Street
Karta parking lot (paid parking) – entrance from Yitshak Kariv Street near Mamila Blvd.’
