CrossRoads

SOCIAL WORKER, SUPERVISOR, AND EVENT COORDINATOR AT CROSSROADS (www.crossroadsjerusalem.org) provides essential prevention and intervention programs for Anglo teens and young adults in Israel offering crisis intervention, therapy, educational assistance, constructive programming, and a supportive therapeutic community.
Crossroads is currently looking the following positions

Part time social workers ( long and short term) to join our teams in Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh and Modiin.

Responsibilities
· Project Management
· Creative development and implementation of programs (events) and services for
teens and young adults
· Assessments and therapeutic interventions for teens and their parents
· Crisis Intervention
· Case management, educational and vocational assistance
· Working includes evening/night hours

Coordinator and Supervisor for Crossroads Communities.

Responsibilities
Supervision of 4-5 staff and oversight for 3 satellite locations (Beit Shemesh
Modi’in, Hashmonaim)

· Develop and implement creative programming to sustain and grow teen
engagement
· Liaison with local community institutions

· Work collaboratively with management and the crossroads staff team

Requirements for Social Worker and Supervisor positions:
· Masters in Social Work or related field.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience (5 years for coordinator/supervisor) working with
at-risk or similar populations
English as mother tongue plus proficient Hebrew (reading, writing, speaking)
· Ability to take initiative, be organized and juggle multiple responsibilities
· Ability to work well in a team
· Ability to communicate effectively with staff and community representatives
· Ability to develop programming and projects catered to specific populations

Fundraising Event Coordinator
Responsibilities
· Project Management
· Creative development and implementation of events
· Work may include evening/night hours

:
Experience coordinating and implementing fundraising events
English as mother tongue plus proficient Hebrew (reading, writing, speaking)
· Ability to take initiative, be organized and juggle multiple tasks
· Ability to work well in a team
